This Subscription Agreement explains the terms and conditions for your use of our Subscription Service, including the rights and benefits you will receive after subscribing, the subscription process, renewal rules, and cancellation methods. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing; if you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not purchase the Subscription Service.
Mynta does not require you to register an account or log in with any account to purchase or use the Subscription Service, and we will never collect, store, process, or share your facial information under any circumstances—this commitment remains consistent with our Privacy Policy and User Agreement. All operations related to your photos and slideshow videos are completed locally on your device, and no facial data is collected in any form, whether you use the basic functions or the premium subscription service.
Our Subscription Service is designed to provide you with more comprehensive and high-quality photo album to slideshow video conversion features, helping you create more exquisite and personalized slideshow videos from your photo collections. After purchasing the Subscription Service, you will gain access to all exclusive features during the subscription period, and we will continue to update and optimize these features, including adding new transition effects, upgrading video rendering quality, expanding background music options, and supporting batch photo import, to provide you with a better user experience. This service is perfect for users who want to turn precious photo collections into vivid slideshow videos to record memories, such as family photos, travel photos, and life snapshots.
The Subscription Service is available in multiple periods, including monthly subscription, quarterly subscription, and annual subscription. The specific price and subscription period will be displayed on the subscription page of the App, and we may adjust the price and subscription options from time to time in accordance with operational needs. Any adjustments will be clearly displayed on the App before you purchase the subscription, and you can choose whether to purchase according to your needs, with no hidden fees or misleading prompts. Referencing industry subscription models, our pricing will be set reasonably to match the value of exclusive features provided.
Mynta does not collect any facial information; whether you use the basic photo-to-slideshow conversion functions or the premium subscription service, all your photos, video project files, and slideshow output data are processed and stored locally on your device, and we will never collect, store, or transmit any facial data. Even when you import photos containing facial images, we only use the overall image content for video synthesis as instructed, without targeting or processing facial parts.
Purchasing the Subscription Service is simple and convenient, and no account registration or login is required. The specific process is as follows: (a) Open the Mynta App and enter the "Subscription" page; (b) Select the subscription period you want (monthly, quarterly, or annual), and check the detailed price and service content clearly displayed on the page; (c) Follow the prompts to complete the payment through the official payment method supported by your iOS device (such as Apple Pay); (d) After the payment is successful, the Subscription Service will take effect immediately, and you can start using all exclusive features without any additional operations, including batch importing up to 20 or more photos for one-click slideshow generation.
Mynta does not collect any facial information, and the entire subscription and payment process is completed through the official iOS payment channel, which does not involve any collection of your facial data or other personal information. The payment information is managed by the official payment channel, and we will not obtain or store any of your payment-related information.
By default, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure that you can continue to use the Subscription Service without interruption. The auto-renewal will take effect automatically on the last day of your current subscription period, and the payment will be deducted automatically from the payment method you used when purchasing the subscription (at the current price of the subscription period you selected).
In accordance with relevant regulations, we will remind you of the auto-renewal time, renewal amount and cancellation method in a prominent way (such as pop-up window, in-app notification) at least five days before each auto-renewal, so that you can make an informed decision. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time before the auto-renewal takes effect. The specific operation method is as follows: (a) For Apple device users: Open "Settings" on your device → Enter your Apple ID → Select "Subscriptions" → Find "Mynta" → Turn off "Auto-Renewal".
If you turn off auto-renewal, the Subscription Service will expire automatically at the end of the current subscription period, and you will no longer have access to the exclusive features. You can repurchase the subscription at any time after the expiration if you want to continue using the Subscription Service. Mynta does not collect any facial information, and the operation of turning off auto-renewal will not involve any collection or processing of your facial data.
During the valid subscription period, you have the right to use all exclusive features of the Subscription Service as described in this Agreement, including but not limited to unlimited access to all transition effects and background music, high-definition video export (supports 1080P and above), ad-free use, batch photo import, custom video duration and playback speed, priority access to new features and template updates, and the ability to customize slideshow playback speed and transition effects similar to professional album tools. You can use the Subscription Service on the iOS device where you purchased the subscription, and enjoy a smooth and high-quality photo-to-slideshow conversion experience.
You have the right to cancel the auto-renewal at any time, and the Subscription Service will continue to be valid until the end of the current subscription period after cancellation. You also have the right to manage your local data at any time, including deleting imported photos, video project files, and generated slideshow videos.
You agree to use the Subscription Service in accordance with this Agreement and our User Agreement. You may not share, lend, or transfer your subscription rights to any third party (such as sharing your device with others to allow them to use the Subscription Service). If we detect that the same subscription is used on multiple devices or by multiple people without authorization, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your Subscription Service without refund.
You agree not to use the Subscription Service for any inappropriate or harmful purposes, including but not limited to using the exclusive features to create slideshow videos that contain illegal, violent, pornographic, or offensive content, or infringe on the portrait rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others. You are solely responsible for all activities related to the use of the Subscription Service, and any disputes or losses arising from improper use shall be borne by you. This includes disputes arising from photos containing facial images imported by you, as we do not collect or process any facial information and shall not be liable for such disputes.
We are committed to providing you with stable and high-quality Subscription Services during the subscription period. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all exclusive features are available normally, and regularly update the exclusive transition effects, background music library, and video rendering tools to enhance your user experience, keeping up with the latest video production trends and user needs for photo memory preservation.
We will continue to adhere to the commitment of not collecting your facial information, and take strict measures to protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All photo processing, video synthesis, and subscription-related data are handled locally on your device, and we will not collect any unnecessary personal information from you. We will also provide you with timely support through the contact email provided in this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust the content of the Subscription Service (such as adding or removing exclusive features, updating transition effects and background music, optimizing video rendering quality) at any time. We will notify you of any major changes through a pop-up window in the App or other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Mynta does not collect any facial information, and any changes to the Subscription Service will not involve the collection of your facial data or other personal information.
You can cancel the auto-renewal of the Subscription Service at any time as described in Section 3 of this Agreement, but the current subscription period will not be terminated early, and no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the current subscription. Once the subscription is canceled, you will no longer have access to the exclusive features after the current period expires, but you can still use the basic photo-to-slideshow conversion functions of the App for free (such as limited transition effects, standard-definition export, and single-batch photo import of up to a certain number).
Mynta does not collect any facial information, and the cancellation of auto-renewal or the expiration of the subscription will not affect the local data stored on your device; your uploaded photos, video project files, and generated slideshow videos will still be retained locally, and you can continue to manage and delete them at any time, helping you better back up and manage your photo memories.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our Subscription Service, subscription rules, or user needs, as well as relevant compliance requirements. When we make any changes to this Agreement, we will notify you through a pop-up window in the App when you open the App next time. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately after you confirm it. We encourage you to check this Agreement regularly to stay informed about the terms and conditions for using the Subscription Service.
If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you can choose to turn off auto-renewal and stop using the Subscription Service after the current subscription period expires. Continuing to use the Subscription Service after the update takes effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement. Mynta does not collect any facial information, and the update of this Agreement will not change our commitment to not collecting your facial information.
