This User Agreement is a mutual understanding between you and us regarding the use of this Service, aiming to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure the user experience of you and other users. By clicking "Agree", "Accept" or engaging in any act of actually using this Service, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement and the Mynta Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause of this Agreement, please do not use this Service. This Agreement also includes supplementary contents such as function descriptions, operation guidelines and usage rules of this Service that we may issue subsequently. Once officially released, the above contents shall be an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with them. It is particularly emphasized that our Service does not collect any facial information of users. We fully respect and protect the personal privacy and legitimate rights and interests of users, and we have never set up any function or technical module related to collecting, storing, processing or transmitting facial information in the entire Service process. In order to provide you with the core service of converting photo albums to slideshow videos, we only need to obtain the temporary access permission of the photos in your device, and will never involve any collection behavior of facial information, including but not limited to not identifying, extracting, recording or storing facial features, facial contours, facial expressions and other related facial information from the photos you import. We will never use any technical means (such as facial recognition algorithms) to process the contents of your photos to obtain facial information, nor will we cooperate with any third party to collect or use your facial information. You can use our Service with complete confidence, and we will take the strictest technical and management measures to ensure that your facial information will not be involved in any link of our Service.
This Service is a minimalist tool service provided by us, which does not collect any user's facial information during the whole service process. Its core function is to help you convert photo albums in your device into slideshow videos, and support you to make personalized settings for the video's transition effects, duration, background music, etc., as well as export and share the generated video files. We will never collect, store, process or transmit any facial information of users in the process of providing this core service, and will not set up any functional modules related to facial information collection.
This Service can be used without registration or login. You can directly download and install the Mynta app on your device to enjoy this Service. We may optimize, adjust or update the functions, interface, operation process, etc. of this Service according to the needs of business development. Relevant changes will be notified to you through in-app prompts and other methods. Your continued use of this Service shall be deemed as acceptance of such changes. It should be emphasized that any optimization and update of the Service will still adhere to the principle of not collecting facial information, and will never add any functions involving facial information collection without your prior consent.
To ensure the service experience and quality for all users, we may set reasonable usage restrictions on some service functions (such as the maximum duration and resolution of a single exported video), which shall be subject to the actual functions provided by the app. All these usage restrictions are only for the purpose of optimizing the service operation effect, and have no connection with the collection of facial information, and will never use the name of restricting functions to collect any facial information of users.
You have the right to normally use all functions of this Service on the premise of complying with this Agreement, including importing photos from your personal device, selecting background music, editing video parameters, and exporting and sharing video works that conform to public order and good customs. It should be noted that when you import photos containing facial images, our Service will only use the photos for video synthesis and export according to your operation instructions, and will never extract, identify, store or process the facial information in the photos. All facial-related content in the photos will only exist in your local device and the video files you export, and will not be uploaded to our server or any third-party platform.
To ensure the usage safety and experience of you and other users, please comply with public order and good customs when using this Service, and avoid any act that harms the rights and interests of others or affects the normal operation of the Service, including but not limited to:
You shall be responsible for all contents uploaded or imported during the use of this Service (including photos, music, generated videos, etc.), ensuring the compliance and authenticity of such contents, and that you have legitimate right to use or authorization for them. If disputes arise or the rights and interests of others are affected due to the contents you upload, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by you. This includes disputes arising from the facial information contained in the photos you import (such as infringing on others' portrait rights), which shall be borne by you independently, and our Service shall not be liable for this, because we do not collect or use any facial information in the photos.
Please properly keep your device and the usage permissions of the app. You shall bear all relevant problems arising from others fraudulently using your device to access this Service due to device loss, theft, permission leakage, etc.
You have the right to manage your personal information and local files (such as deleting imported photos, project files, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the Mynta Privacy Policy, and may revoke the relevant permission authorization of this app through device settings. However, revoking the authorization may result in the inability to use some service functions normally. It should be emphasized that even if you revoke the permission, it will not involve the processing of facial information, because we have never collected any facial information of you.
All contents of the Mynta app, including but not limited to application program code, interface design, icons, text descriptions, background music library, etc., are owned by us. Without our permission, you shall not arbitrarily copy, spread, modify, use or authorize others to use the above contents. Our intellectual property rights do not involve any collection, use or processing of user's facial information, and we will never use facial information to obtain any intellectual property-related interests.
The relevant rights of the video works generated by you through this Service belong to you or the relevant right holders. However, when using such works, you shall ensure that you do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us (e.g., you shall not use the background music provided by this app for commercial purposes unless you obtain relevant authorization). If the video works you generate contain facial information of others, you shall ensure that you have obtained the legitimate authorization of the relevant personnel, and shall be responsible for any disputes arising therefrom, which has no connection with our Service.
To ensure the normal provision of the Service, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable and free license to use the contents you upload within the scope necessary for providing this Service (e.g., temporarily calling your photos and music files to realize video synthesis and export functions). This license will terminate when you stop using this Service or delete the relevant contents. It is particularly emphasized that this license does not include the right to collect, extract, use or process any facial information in the contents you upload, and we will not use this license to involve any facial information-related behaviors.
You may terminate the use of this Service at any time by uninstalling the Mynta app. This Agreement will terminate on the date you stop using the Service. However, the obligations you have incurred under this Agreement (such as the obligation to protect intellectual property rights) shall continue to be performed. After the termination of the Agreement, since we have never collected any of your facial information, there is no need to process the facial information related to you, and we will only process your other relevant information in accordance with the Mynta Privacy Policy.
If you seriously violate this Agreement or engage in acts that affect the normal operation of the Service, we have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and prohibit you from continuing to use this Service.
After the termination of the Agreement, we will stop providing you with the Service and process your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of the Mynta Privacy Policy.
